Dave Robinson :

Dave has called Santa Cruz and its epic singletrack home for over two decades. He is heavily engaged in the past, present, and future of mountain biking in Santa Cruz as a former MBOSC board member, State Parks docent and Wilderness Patrol volunteer, and a trail crew leader with MBOSC. Dave is also an IMBA certified coach so if you’re looking to punch up your skills a bit give us a ring. Dave’s passion for creating unparalleled wilderness experiences tailored to your needs guarantees that you’ll have a great time.

Blair Mandell:

Blair makes his home in the heart of the Santa Cruz Mountains, and has been running the local High School Mountain biking club for his kid’s school. Blair’s adventurous spirit comes from twenty plus years of designing and leading bike tours all over the world. From the Swiss Alps to Thailand, Blair creates biking experiences that bring culture, nature, and regional cuisines together to create unique and life affirming experience for all levels. The joy and excitement that comes from sharing the very best in Mountain Biking is a transcending experience that can only happen when you’re outside and full engaged in your environment!

Graham Dittman

Graham grew up in the Santa Cruz Mountains and enjoys sharing his love for adventure and outdoors through mountain biking. Graham has spent the past decade as a Head Coach for the local high school mountain bike team (SCMCT.org) coaching students at all levels to improve their technical skills, become stronger, and gain confidence. Graham’s lifetime of experience riding local trails makes him an excellent guide as well.

Graham enjoys teaching at all levels and specializes in working with younger riders who are seeking to improve their race results or simply want to have more fun on the bike. Graham is a NICA level 3 Head Coach and a NICA Certified Skills Instructor.

Sean Andrasik :

Sean’s background is in emergency medicine and education. He brings years of paramedic experience, including time spent working out of a helicopter, at ski resorts and in urban areas. His education experience spans from community first aid and CPR training to being a lead guide for Wilderness First Aid courses. Sean brings to the table a knack for risk management and situational awareness and is a master at getting you on the right trail. After spending time in the wide open spaces of New Mexico he truly knows the value of an epic ride. Originally from the east coast, Sean has made his home on the Westside of Santa Cruz.

TRG coaches are certified by IMBA as level 2 guides or higher. Each one of the guides is Wilderness First Aid and CPR certified. Each instructor has over a decade of mountain bike riding experience. All of the guides have individually donated hundreds of hours to local mountain bike advocacy through trail work, Old Cabin Classic race management, and guiding in an effort to celebrate the spirit of mountain biking.
